Our food is certified Glatt Kosher for Passover under the supervision of the Vaad Harabbanim San Diego. This organization is the highest possible standard of Kashrut in San Diego, and is accepted by those adhering to the highest level of kosher observance. 100% of our beef comes from grass-fed cows.
All meat and chickens are Chassidishe shechita. Pas Yisroel and Cholov Yisroel.
